  1. Fit for Life - Session 2

    April 27, 2021, 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM @ Chanhassen Recreation Center

    A fun workout program designed for the active 55+ adult who exercises with few limitations. The class uses a variety of strength, cardio, and balance moves to give you a full body workout. All levels of fitness are welcome – everyone works at their own level of ability. Registration Deadline: Feb. 9. *Drop-ins availability based on class capacity.

  2. Small Fry Track & Field/Flag Football

    April 27, 2021, 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM

    An exciting program to provide 3 & 4-year-olds the opportunity to develop large motor skills and learn about sports. Each sport will focus on skill development, fundamentals, and good sportsmanship through interactive games and drills. One reciprocal teammate request will be honored when teams are formed. Chan Rec Center participants will receive a Chan Rec Center sports t-shirt. Note: Children must be out of diapers to participate.

  3. Come Together Gentle Yoga - Session 1

    April 27, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Chanhassen Recreation Center

    A 60-minute class of gentle yoga poses that focus on flexibility and mobility. Postures are performed laying on the floor, seated, kneeling & standing. It is recommended that you can move between these positions. Students are encouraged to bring yoga blocks & a strap to assist postures. Instructor: Christine Pedretti. *Drop-ins: $12 as capacity allows. No class 3/9 & 3/30.

  4. Lil' Star Track & Field/Flag Football

    April 27, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Rec Center

    A fun-filled, 5-week program designed for 5 & 6-year-olds. Skilled Chan Rec Center staff and volunteer parent coaches will lead participants in drills and help with gameplay. The focus is on fundamental skill development, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. All participants will receive a Chan Rec Center Sports t-shirt along with a medal and certificate on the last day. Ages 5 & 6.

  5. Vinyasa Yoga - Session 1

    April 27, 2021, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Chanhassen Recreation Center

    A 60-minute class of traditional yoga poses that focus on strength and flexibility. The class uses continuous flowing sequences to move through three energy phases: Gentle stretches and warming postures, strengthening postures and balance work, deep stretches, and mind work. Students are encouraged to bring yoga blocks and a strap to assist postures. The class moves slowly and focuses on precision for optimal health and safety in a challenging practice. The instructor will help you learn to personalize your yoga practice to meet weekly goals. No classes on March 9 & 30. *Drop-ins availability based on class capacity
