A fun workout program designed for the active 55+ adult who exercises with few limitations. The class uses a variety of strength, cardio, and balance moves
to give you a full body workout. All levels of fitness are welcome – everyone works at their own level of ability. NOTE: No class November 3. Registration Deadline: Friday, August 28.
